Lukasz Larsson Warzecha is an award-winning documentary photographer, cinematographer and speaker.
With over 16 years of experience as a commercial and documentary photographer and cinematographer, Lukasz is passionate about capturing and sharing stories that inform, inspire, and engage global audiences on our time's most pressing environmental issues.
Lukasz collaborated on communication and outreach projects with the European Space Agency, the European Commission, and other European research institutions.
He also shares his media and storytelling experience as a communications advisor for environmental organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and companies.
Over the past sixteen years, he has taken cameras to every environment across six continents on commercial, documentary and TV broadcast assignments. As an adventure cameraman, his work spans a spectrum of outdoor activities.
In 2022, he worked as a Director of Photography on a documentary series, Lift the Ice, featuring Diva Amon, among others. The premium scientific adventure docu-series follows six of the world's most intrepid explorers and scientific experts on a global mission to solve scientific puzzles that could radically reshape humanity's future.
Between 2017 and 2019, he was the Director of Photography on Epic Trails, an award-winning adventure travel TV series. He shot 27 episodes in total.
As a commercial photographer, he worked for a wide variety of clients, including Red Bull, Stihl, Mountain Equipment, Marmot, The North Face, Petzl, Allianz, National Geographic and others.
His films have been selected and screened at film festivals, including Banff Mountain Film Festival (2013, 2014, 2015 finalist), Barcelona International Festival, Bilbao Mendi Film Festival, New Zealand Mountain Film Festival, Graz International Film Festival and Kendal Mountain Film Festival.
He is married to Ulrika Larsson, and together with their adventure-loving Australian Shephard Idun, he lives on Bjärehalvön Penninsula, Sweden.
